So, my birthday is comming up in a month (march 5) and i am so excited for the big 21! It seemed so far off when I was young but it is actually almost here and I can't wait to have fun. I would love one of these tasty treats (pictured) or something from crumbs or even both with my greedy ass hahaha.

Those Wacky Racers

As his long long time fan...Happy birthday to Justin Timberlake! I hope that he comes out with another alblum very soon because he is so mega talented....So I am back again with some coverage of the 2010 Grammy's! I decided not to write a list of the names of these stars because it is pretty obvious who they are with the exception of a few lol.

What I will say is that I prettymuch was pleased with everything that everyone pictured here wore on the red carpet.

I want to add that lady Gaga's wig for her dress was awesome! She always dares to be different and she rarely dissapoints me. To all you weave and wig haters I say shut your pie holes and let it rock because what god didn't give some of us, weaves, wigs,botox,implants and make up will so rock on and proseper ladies and gents of the world.

Remember in life do what makes you happy and screw what everyone else thinks because in the end they are either going to copy you and do a cheap and tacky knockoff version of what you do best because they secretly think it is cool, and don't want to draw attention to your cool unique taste or they are gonna hate and hate out loud. The 3rd-5th pictures are all dresses that I so need in my closet! Who knew that Aaron Carter, Ashanti and Britney Spears were even there? hahaha.

Working Day & Night

I made these pastries on Friday night. By request I made them for my firend Ursy simply because she said she was in the mood for some Cannoli's, and I happened to be in the mood to make them lol. I love to try out new recipes and flavors on my fam and friends because they are the best critics that I know and if they like what I whip up then customers will as well! I had so much fun making them! I made (pictued) Zeppole's and Cinnamon infused Chocolate dipped almond topped Cannoli's. I really look forward to my future as a pastry chef and hope one day I will be successful...I think that I will be too.

For those that aren't familiar, Zeppole's and Cannoli's are both widely known pastry desserts from Italy.
